Security Awareness Training

During this two-day workshop, you'll gain the expertise to spot and mitigate human risks in your organisation. Through an array of case studies and with the guidance of experienced instructors, you'll master the development, initiation, and implementation of a security awareness programme focused on long-term behavioural change. You'll also learn effective methods for conveying the importance of managing human risks to key stakeholders and strategies for fostering collaborative support across your organisation. Additionally, participants can earn 3.75 CPE credits per day

Addressing the human factor successfully requires an interdisciplinary approach that can seem overwhelming at first. We've been asked many times where to start or how to improve security awareness programmes. This training is one of our answers.

Katja Dörlemann, Security Awareness Expert

Katja supports the Swiss education, research and innovation community in dealing with the human factor in information security. By organizing and participating in events, podcasts and other national cyber security initiatives, she promotes knowledge sharing and networking among experts in the field to advance the topic of security awareness.

Katja has been gaining experience in the field of security awareness for more than 10 years and holds a PhD in General and Comparative Literature from the University of Zurich.

Cornelia Puhze, Security Awareness & Communications Expert

As part of Â̲èÖ±²¥ CERT, Cornelia supports the Swiss education, research and innovation community in managing the human risk in information security. Her aim is to help change the perception of cybersecurity and drive behaviour change by empowering people with knowledge and skills.

Cornelia is educated to postgraduate level in multilingual, corporate and political communications and has a background in language teaching.
